Standard DSNO is missing Shipment Number

Hi All,

Standard DSNO file is missing Shipment Number for Order Lines.

This is an intermittent issues occurring sometimes for some of the trip id's.

Standard DSNO is being generated by (Departure Ship Notice Outbound) concurrent program.

Could you please suggest is there anyway that this issue can be debugged or do we need to raise an SR with Oracle.
