user equivalence: Permission denied (publickey)

Hi All,

During the "user equivalence ssh" setup for my Rac12c, I encountered "Permission denied (publickey)". even thought I tried to search and go to "/etc/ssh/sshd_conf" and changed acouple things.  But no luck. Please show me how to solve  it.
