How to process as mass upload for Gross Ups?

Greetings!

Our company hands out gift cards for various amounts for "job well done"  to employees. Payroll has to do a gross-up for each of them ... they are stacking up by the hundreds which is the nice news, but the bad news is that they have to be done individually via interims by payroll. Is there any way to do a mass upload for this (without customizing)? open to any ideas
