what to do when searching MOS for even the document’s exact title fails

I have tried a variety of ways within My Oracle Support to look for a document entitled "Elasticsearch Home Page (Doc ID 2205540.2)". I started with my simple assumption that the first hit on "Elasticsearch" would be its Home Page. Then I got more explicit: "Elasticsearch Home Page". Still not in the top list. (And where did the "more..." go?)

Slightly [upset] due to other very frustrating searches lately, I found the doc through other means and returned to my search to include the "actual" doc ID*: "Elasticsearch Home Page 2205540.2". Nada. Lastly, I pasted the entire document name both with and without surrounding quotes. You guessed it: the very document whose name I explicitly searched on never made the list!
