Fields, Employees and Contacts, are editable while configured with BC Read Only User Property

Hi,

I have configured the Action BC with a User Property, BC Read Only Field, and it makes the Activity Records as read only for Non-Owners, i.e. only previous and current owners can able edit the record.

It worked as expected but the thing is, fields like Employees and Contacts(MVG) are still editable for Non-Owners i.e. those who are not part of Owners list, previous or current, can able to edit the same. The BC Read Only User Property must have made the entire record as read only if the condition satisfied but it failed in making it.
