IP 16.9 Open UI : All Pickapplets show the data in shrinked manner

Hi All,

We are noticing one issue that when customer opens any pick applet, the row seems to be shown half only.

The only solution to this problem is delete the spf file of the reported user, and every day we get numerous cases from different users with respect to same issue. this is becoming a tedious task for our admins.

and deleting spf file doesnt seem to be a correct solution.

Can some one point us to the right direction if some one has faced similar issue and how did they resolve it.
