Fixed Asset Depreciation error caused by Sub Ledger transfer

Is there a program fix for this thing as I seem to have found a patch for it going back to 8.1 ?

SAR 4303025 /  Bug 10729437

But now its back in 9.1.3 (in my case) - or have I missed something ?
