Update PDDJ based on work order completion date

Hi Experts,

I have a question that is between sales and manufacturing. I make item A, then, a contractor, prepares packages and send it to my customer. The contractor takes 1 day to prepare the packages and 5 days to reach the customer. I setup the preferences and so, when I enter the Sales Order, with DRQJ 15th July, system calculates PPDJ (10th July=15th - 5 days), PDDJ (9th July=10th - 1 day), OPDJ (15th July), RSDJ(15th July). This means that I need to complete my WO related to SO on 9th July.

Now suppose that I complete WO on 10th July, what I need is that system recalculates all the dates based on this completion: PDDJ should be 10th July, PPDJ 11th and RSDJ 16th July. I don't know how to make this update. Could someone explain me how to make this setup or share with me a document?
