EBS R12.1.3: Appraisals in Performance Management Plan - can the employee have initial ownership

Hi

My client would like the appraisal process to start with the employee - so the employee would have initial ownership of the appraisal. I do not believe this is possible using standard functionality, but I would be happy to learn otherwise! Has anyone had any experience of this?
