WARNING: Heavy swapping observed on the system

Hello,

I have oracle 12.2(12.2.0.1.0)  - upgraded from 12.1.0.2 on Windows Server 2012 64x.

And i noticed memory issue in incident files here. I have two databases on this server (cdb and non-cdb)

below you can find output from incidinet files:
