Channel Revenue Management - Error when trying to confirm Settlement - Payment method = Check

Receiving Error (no detail) when trying to "Confirm" Settlement for rebate claims.  The settlement method is check - Payables Integration.  Reviewed Oracle support documents - does not resolved issue.

Is there something we are missing in the set-up?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
