How to create DFF for a value set in EBS R12.1.3

Hello expert!

We create a DFF for payable invoices with value set (PAY_Gouvernment_TYPE), So for a reporting reason , we need to create a DFF for this Value set , so for each value in the value set we will assign a value (Yes/NO)
