User name change due to marriage

We have a user that has recently changed their name due to marriage.  I'm assuming we need to set up a new user ID for her rather than revise her current ID since this area is not available for edit under P0092?  With a new profile, she will lose all of her Favorites and have to recreate these.  Is this the best practice for this type of change? Anything else that we should be aware of while making this change?  We are using E1 9.0 Tools Release 9.2.  Thank you!
