Hyperion Essbase (MOSC)

While trying to start OPMN service, it is returning "Service Failover start Failure Essbase"

I am trying to set an Active passive essbase clustering on 11.1.2.4 (Essbase Schema is on SQL 2012), I updated the OPMN.XML file as specified by Oracle.

When I try to start the OPMN service using startall command It is showing  Service Failover start Failure Essbase error.

While analyzing further, I could see the following error in leasemanager_essbase_xxxxx log file,

[2017-06-26T05:19:31.19-04:00] [ESSBASE0] [NOTIFICATION:16] [LM-1] [LM] [ecid: 1498468760754,0] [tid: 3684]  Failed to acquire the lease after [6] consecutive attempts.
