  The question is whether the strategy  for providing one off patches has changed in recent months / years. In this case for EBS

Issue: Customer is on 12.2.4 (N-2 Delta 4) and would like to have a one off patch. They are provided a patch by Support which is actually the N Delta 6. So to solve the issue they have to apply

a family pack. This would mean a substantial upgrade and test traject.

One off patches provided to customers are created on the latest version of that file for the R12.x codeline.
