How do I find the Table behind the from POXSTDPC

Hi,

I am having some difficulty finding the table behind the Assignment Approval form on EBS Purchasing. Usually the Record History should show the table but unfortuately the record history is greyed out. Is there any other way to the check the table on a form.

The form I am looking at is POXSTDPC
