Open UI Issue in Siebel

We have recently migrated our servers to Linux from Solaris and facing the below issue on Implementing the OpenUI.

The title bar across all the applets is coming as "white" and we need to change this colour throughout the application to some other colour. Need the background colour marked as red to be changed from white to something else. Any inputs on the same will be appreciated:
