Insert PEM to 180

      I need add the new field to 180 message with a sip-manipulation. I have done two sip-manipulation. The one of them (No.1) consist of two parts -

the first manipulation detect the 180 message and  have executed to another manipulation.

      The alternating manipulation (No.2) store a status code from every message and if the stored value equal 180 then next header rule insert the

necessary field - P-Early-Media.

    I tried the both manipulation and I have no success result.  Where are mistakes in my manipulation?
