Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

single instance datapatch 12.1.0.2 windows returns noting to roll back nothing to apply

Installed EE win 64 12.1.0.2 onto win 7 machine.  Created a single instance DB.  Downloaded latest opatch and installing April 2017 PSU ( patch 25872779 superceded something else ).

Opatch version shows 12.2.0.1.9 but that should be ok as far as I know.

opatch lsinventory shows patch in effect ok.
