On Field Update Set : Siebel Configuration

Hi,

I am trying to achieve a configuration functionality in siebel using On Field Update Set but has not been successful. I would like achieve when Deal Name = CDC, the Deal number should be automatically update to 471; and if its CDB, should update the deal number to 472. However the configuration appears to update only for CDC and not for CDB updates with a blank value.

BC Field 2: [Deal Number] has a constrained static bounded picklist, Constrained to parent [Deal Name]; Immediate Post Change is set to True
