Automated way of triggering Life Insurance life event after one year of their Full Time Date

We are currently maintaining our employee’s full-time service date in an assignment DFF.  Employees are eligible for Life Insurance after one year of their full time service date. We have been manually processing the Life Insurance after one year completion but now we are in the process of automation. We currently setting it up by triggering the life event  once there is a change in that particular table column and it works fine. But we see a detected life event for life insurance sitting for an employee for one year and our business is concerned if this will cause any
