Peoplesoft Inventory shipping label printing software

Peoplesoft Inventory shipping label processing needs third party software integration and oracle does not recommend any software specifically to print shipping labels.

Any recommendations ?  I am looking for below features and functionality in 3rd party tool.

1) Read PS created txt file as input from PS server location

2) Able to design custom shipping label with  built in FedEx / UPS barcode styles.

3) Generate shipping label based on  carrier selection i.e FedEx or UPS

As of now, I have installed and testing and leaning towards FedEx shipping manger. Any  experience with these software with PS Inventory integration ?

1) Bartender

2) FedEx shipping  Manager  with Integration Tools
