Access to allow Third Party employees to Create/View Service Request and Warranty information (for P
Hi,
We sell machines to distributors and they in turn sell them to end customers.
We provide field service for part replacement (with warranty/without warranty). Currently service requests are created by our field engineers and they also verify warranty entitlements using (employees). there is a requirement to allow third party engineers ( distributor employees) to create/view service requests.
I understand that third party engineers can be created as supplier contacts but thats only to assign tasks (for executing field service) after service request creation.
We do not want to create dummy employees and I am afraid if we allow third party employees, they can also view other customer service requests, warranty information.
