Electronic QA Checklist

Looking for a silver bullet to replace a manual QA/Audit checklist for our value stream lines. Currently it is a paper process. It can be anywhere from 4 to 16 pages in length depending upon the complexity of the product and the detail of the inspection/audit. These lists are per unit, job order and sales order. They don't get scanned and are simply filed away. Which makes it a nightmare to go back and find if required.
