xadmin deployment to non-lead register

Hi MOSC,

Xstore version - 7.1.0.402, Xenvironment - 7.1.0

I have seen only lead register xenvironment will poll xcenter for deployments and apply to both lead and non-lead registers.

Non-lead register is not polling for deployments. Is this correct behavior? Is there way I could enable this so that non-lead can download and apply.
