Enterprise Asset Management along with Oracle Primavera- Unifier FMRE

We have an opportunity in Construction & Facility Management industry, where in we have in BOM, Oracle EBS Suite including ADVP Suite, Financials and Enterprise Asset Management. Also we have Oracle Projects, Oracle Teleservice and Oracle Primavera - Unifier FMRE, Unifier Project Costing and P6 EPPM. High level process of the client is Property Registration >Designing (Feasibility Study/Land Selection etc.) >Quantity Survey and Contracts (Five year plans/Pre-Contract/Post Contract) >Project Affairs >Technical office  of Tender Committee (Pre & Post Tender submission) > Facility Management (Asset Acceptance/Asset Handover/Maintenance)

As per our understanding, eAM and Unifier FMRE have most of the functionalities in common, eg: corrective as well as preventive maintenance management,Material Inventory management, Facility condition management,Asset Lifecycle Management and so on. We are seeking advise over how to ideally map industry best fit solution, i.e. which activity to be performed where, like maintenance activity to be performed in eAM or Unifier FMRE as this can be done in both the modules.
