Siebel Upgrade Queries - very urgent

Dear,

can you help me on these.

1) Difference between Siebel 8.3 FP and Siebel 8.3 IP (2014-IP). This exists for every release.

2) Key architecture difference between pre-openUI and post-openUI

3) AIA compatibility matrix for RODOD has certification only upto AIA 11.6 and it certifies Siebel 2014 IP has compatible with AIA11.6.

   But Siebel has even 2016 IP version also. Does this mean we can't go beyond Siebel 2014 IP for a RODOD stack since max certified is for AIA 11.6 version.

4) Any Hardware/Infrastructure changes will be needed for Siebel Open-UI implementation compared to

    pre-open UI versions.

5) Key Benefit of upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.9 to Siebel 2014-IP

6) when does open-UI start,  I  mean which Siebel version.
