Portugal SAFT new requirements

Just applied the patches for the SAFT requirements that come into force on Saturday.

I'm having a issue with the configuration, has anyone managed to do the Taxonomy mapping that is mentioned in Part 4 of the Oracle document  Portugal Localization - SAFT Setup Steps for New Legal Requirement from Law Decree n.º 302/2016 from 2 of December 2016 (Doc ID 2274576.1) The information is this doc is very vague and we can't see where are supposed to do this mapping.
