Hi. I am trying to install Development Client Oracle 12c Local Database Version 12.1.0.2 (64bit) via installmanager on Deployment server. I am creating the Windows user at install time by supplying the user + password on the GUI when prompted for the user. The install fails when trying to create the Oracle Windows Services with:
