X5-2 ILOM web access slow

Hi, I'm having problems trying to access the web interface on both nodes of an X5-2.

Sometimes, the login page displays after 5 minutes or so, then I input username/password, and it never shows the following page.  The rest of time, I can't even get to the login page.  It's just extremely slow.

I've tried from several browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox), and Java versions (7, 8).  Currently, my laptop has Java 8 Update 131 (both 32 and 64 bits), on Windows 10.  There are no problems accessing the CLI interface from the same laptop.

What could I do to troubleshoot this.
