Unable To Create AME Rule For Service Contracts Approval

Hi,

We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.5 and are trying to create a like to like approval rule for Service Contract Internal approval in R12. In 11i, we were storing the approver name in a responsibility level profile.

In R12, we are trying to define an AME rule and will use the OU condition to fetch the approver from an approval list.

We are able to define an attribute, condition, group etc and that means we have access for the transaction type. but when we try to finally define a rule, we are getting an error "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance".
