Is it possibly to bypass the material issue step for eAM work orders (e.g. by automatically transact

It is my understanding that material always has to be issued on eAM work orders (even if both the 'Enable Material Issue Request' and the 'Auto Request Material' flags are set to 'Yes').

However, I would like to have this step automated. Is this possible? Or is my understanding from the flow not correct?
