ERROR: Unable to create seclist <sid>

Hi,

Trying to create an EBS 12.2.6 with 12C db, and script stops with error below :

Logger Initialized, Log file location: /u01/install/APPS/apps-unlimited-ebs/out/kmbcrp2-create-ebs-restart_20170628_151526.out

VERSIONINFO: E-Business Suite Provisioning Tool Version:1.7.1

Enter Oracle Compute Password:

Enter DBaaS Admin Password:

INFO: Creating kmbcrp2 environment...

INFO: Creating DBaaS for kmbcrp2 environment...

ERROR: Unable to create seclist kmbcrp2-db, please make sure kmbcrp2 does not exist

ERROR: Orchestration would halt!!!

Db service is created, but orchestration stops at this point and EBs environment is not created.

Any clue?
