Difference in date format between Excel and CSV

Hi All,

I have a requirement to get output as both CSV and PDF from the same version of a report. Completed the development by giving the default output as CSV. But when trying to export that CSV file to excel, we are facing date format issue. In the same date column in excel sheet, some records are with dd/mm/yy format whereas some are with dd/mm/yyyy format. In the PDF report it is in the former format. Any idea, how that can be avoided.
