June 2017 Vertex FSA limits

Hi,

We applied June 2017 Vertex for Payroll tax Q series to increase FSA limit to 2600 but system lets deduction go beyond 2600. We do have FSA limit in benefits to limit 2600 during election time but i am not sure since we have first payroll starting in 2016 is causing the issue. Any thought?
