"Fetching Data" message when scrolling through data

We have a number of OEM 12c configurations (12.1.0.4 and 12.1.0.5) running on RHEL 6 where every time you scroll beyond a certain row limit (it looks to be between 50 and 75) a small message pops up saying "Fetching Data…" along with a small delay associated for the data retrieval.  But, if you scroll back up you again get the "Fetching Data…" message, which to me means the issue is with a "window" size of a setting, somewhere.

Is there a setting somewhere where I can adjust this, ideally increase this window size?
