Workflow Setup Error

I am trying to add a path to a stage on our existing workflow.  When I try to add a path I get an error referrin to a decimal error on the first path in the stage.  it says invalid decimal error as below.  Can anyone tell me what to do to fix?  It won't allow me to do anything else.
