Unexpected Error while selecting item

Hello,

I am trying to do an advanced search for an item in PIM. I provide the item name in the search criteria and click on search. It successfully displays the search results corresponding to the item. However, after clicking on the item hyperlink, it ends up in a page displaying the error "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance." We are currently using 12.2.5. This is very urgent for us. Appreciate all your help.
