org.xml.sax.SAXException: Report definition version not supported: 2.0

Hi,

Please advise what might be the problem on the below when open any report in BASE BRM reports:

"The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator."

"org.xml.sax.SAXException: Report definition version not supported: 2.0"

BIP 10.1.3.4
Oracle DB 12.1.0.2.0 

need urgent help to resolve this issue.
