SII (Spanish Online VAT) - When will Summary Journal of Invoices be included in the solution?

Online VAT reporting is mandatory for Spain from 01-JUL-2017, however, Summary Journal of Invoices is not currently supported as per Doc ID 2273744.1

I have been advised by my Finance Team in Spain that this functionality is required urgently.  Does anybody know when this will be included in the Oracle Solution? Fines are applicable if if reports are not correct.
