Serial number is not getting populated while creating service request

Hi,

i am not able to create service request for one particular serial number. When i try to enter the serial number in the field , it does not take that serial number and item number.

Serial number has been created in install base along with item instance and in created state.

I have been using 11.5.10.2 version.
