OTL No Assignment exception

Hi

We have 3 entries showing 'No Assignment' exception on PRC;Transaction import.  I have identified the Employee and spoken to my customer who explained that this person was a part time worker and a Timecard had been entered for the dates 24 - 26 May.  Sadly this person dies on 24th and the Timecard was adjusted on 25th so that only time should have been recorded for 24 May.  However the project is still showing positive entries for all 3 days.  The Timecard is no longer visible from Oracle and I want to know how I can now clear the exceptions
