colour text is replaced by ??!&??

Can anyone please suggest something on this.

We are working in RPAS Fusion Client 14.1.3.10. There exists one measure called SLWPClrAttrTx (colour attribute text), this should hold data as below

item_no_colour,colour

5464881_01,01

5464891_01,01

5464894_01,01

for some items , when users enter as the colour and then reloads the workbook , the colour disappears in the workbook and is replaced by ?(question mark).

When i am checking the measure it is holding the below data

5448707_??!&??,??!&??

Can anyone put some thoughts into it?
