Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Alternative to Message Broadcast

Hello,

Is there an alternative to the Message Broadcast when broadcasting to users in Siebel 8.1.1.11?

The Message Broadcast only triggers when user starts a new session and is not "live".
