Time Entry Record Creation

Hello Team ,

Need Help - 

We are bringing data from Third Party to JDE System via Z Processor.

All the shifts we are populating it based on Union Rates.

However there is one Rare O shift for which Union Rate will never be setup.

Now for O shift we get Date, Address Number and Rate (which is not setup in Union Rate) from third party.

Example – Data 118 AN8 having Rate 70 for 29/06/2017. This Rate may differ in next day too. Rate comes from third party.

I want to create timecard with Rate of 70 which is not setup in JDE.

Any idea suggestion will be useful. Any workaround for the same.
