Hi Community,

Hope everyone who reads this is well.

We're looking for your support in solving an issue with a Azure Virtual Machine running Oracle Linux Server release 7.3 (kernel: 4.1.12-94.2.1.el7uek.x86_64).

### NOTE: Every operation / symptom described below was done using the Azure ARM model and the VMs both use Azure Managed Disks. This VM has its disks encrypted. Encryption was performed by following the article in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/security/azure-security-disk-encryption ###

As described in the "Issue title", we're facing a problem that is not easily explainable, that consists of having an "/etc/fstab" file correctly edited and, when the VM boots up it mounts a CIFS file share two times and two different folders show up as having the same data on them but mounted on completely different devices. We'll do our best to describe the issue and respect the chronological order of events:

Howdy, Stranger!
