F37204 decimal places incorrect

We have a situation where the test master listed a test as 0 decimal places and we entered test results for lots.  When then updated the test master to be 3 decimal places and entered a new sample on a previously tested lot.  The test results for the new sample and the previous sample in the P3711 are correct.  However, when we look in the F34204 the decimal places on the previous samples the number of decimal places for some tests are incorrect.  For example, the number of decimal places was originally 0, we changed it to 3 and entered
