Smart Card Reader - Siebel

Hi,

I have a requirement to read a smart card and save the data imported on Siebel. The problem is because to import the data is required to run .jar file. I tried using JBS but the .jar file is executed on server side and has no way to execute it on client side.

Has any suggestion to run it on client side and import the data to Siebel?
