is item orderability available in price and availability?

I am not aware of popup for Item Orderability in the price and availability session.  If you place the item subject to item Orderability in a sales order is gives you a popup can this be enabled in Price and availability?  This would be very useful as our customer service group uses this screen when answering phone call inquiries to customers and should indicate to them that this item would not be available to a caller.
