Accrual Rollover Setup - Max Rollover Limits

Hello All,

I am working on setting up a Vacation Accrual Rollover table and was wondering if anyone can help. Here is the scenario I am working with:

Our vacation policy states that we can accumulate/roll over a maximum of 1.5 times an annual vacation entitlement (based on years of service, image shown below, this amount will vary for each individual).

The table method for the vacation rollover calculation table used is either DR (Days) or VR (Hours).

How would I go about setting up the vacation rollover calculation table to reflect the 1.5x annual rollover limit based on the accrual limits shown below?
